trauma: An injury, or the cause of the injury.

tricyclic antidepressants: A variety of antidepressant which can cause bladder problem side effects.

urea: A nitrogen-containing waste product. The kidneys filter urea out of the blood, and the body then expels it in urine.

urethra: The canal used to expel urine from the bladder.

urinary sphincter: A ring of muscle that keeps the urinary bladder closed until urination.

urinary tract: The body system that transports urine. Includes the kidneys, the ureters, the bladder, and the urethra.

urine: A liquid waste filtered by the kidneys, stored in the bladder, and excreted through the urethra.

urologist: A doctor who specialized in urinary and / or genital conditions.
