Kegel exercise: Muscular exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor for delivery. A clenching and unclenching of the pelvic muscles, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel.

kidney stone: A crystalline mass of minerals and other substances formed in the kidneys.

menopause: The cessation of menstruation due to aging.

mycoplasma: A sexually transmitted bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections.

neurogenic: Adjective describing nerve cell action in a body process.

nocturnal enuresis: The medical term for bedwetting.

OAB: The abbreviation for an overactive bladder.

oncologist: A doctor who specializes in cancerous disease.
